Chef Hubert Keller is one of the world's great chefs, he has cooked for the president and zillions of Vegas tourists, he runs Fleur and Burger Bar in Las Vegas, the Batkid event happened in front of his restaurant in San Francisco, and he has a cool accent. Oh, and he almost died for six months, after eating South Pacific tuna. But look at him now.
